Legacy 7.5 (I've had it since 7.4) holds the same RIN for the individuals unless you manually select to renumber them. Even then you can control whether to renumber all, some, or just reassign or fill in missing RINs. I have avoided any renumbering since putting my database online because of the many links that could be affected. "Perhaps users of other programs can tell us about their programs. Is an ID number in program XX unique to an individual when that individual is added to the database?"
