Thanks, Pat. Yes, I know what creates the border, I was just hoping someone would know of a way to tell it to be behind the table, that's how it displays in IE. Unfortunately I can't remove the border without removing it from all the pages. I've come up with a different solution, which results in losing the top border of the footer section instead. Part of the "problem" is that the "page container" is begun in one include and ended in another, which, of course, is supposed to make things easier.
