This site was created back in 2009 and what I wrote down for it back then does not seem to be working now. On this list we don't do anything with account info. That's thru the Help Desk. BUT if one of the things you typed was your password, you also need to ask the Desk to assign you a new PW because this list goes to hundreds of people. I keep the email RW sends with password and account name so I can refer back to it. You will need to contact Rootsweb Help desk http://rootsweb.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/rootsweb.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php and explain what has happened.
