Thank you Barry. Unfortunately it's still not working. I tried following this last night. Then this morning I did a fresh install with WAMP, incase I had mucked up a server setting etc. Still does not work. I don't get an error message when I view the page, just a blank sidebar area. But if I upload it to rootsweb it loads fine. Can you think of anything that might be interfering with the includes settings? The includes module is turned on. It's checked in the Apache -> Apache Modules menu.
