No, you may not. Freepages must be open to all and cannot be password protected. Its against the agreement you signed when you applied for a freepages site, and if its violated (i.e. if you password protect any of your freepages) your account may be deleted. If you want to password protect anything, put it on webpages provided by your IPO or others which you paid for. Integrate them into your freepages site as much as you want.
