To clarify pretty_flowers.htm & pretty%20flowers.htm are seen as prettyflowers.htm by the search engine whilst pretty-flowers.htm is seen as pretty-flowers.htm making it two keywords plus a phrase. If your page is (not site) but the page you are working on or interested in ... is indexed ... except for having a space do not change the nam, if it has a space and is indexed change it, if you must then use a 301 redirect ....if you cannot then wipe the page of content and leave a link to the new page with some good keyword anchor text.
