What I DID see was in your template, mail.txt The TITLE= parameter appears to have been wrapped to two lines. That breaks the mailmerge script. Each of the parameters must be in one long line. While it will wrap in this email, it must be all on one line in the template you upload, i.e. TITLE=Your message request has been sent!<br><br> <a href="http://freepages.misc.rootsweb.com/~lostalbro/">Return</a> to the main page.
