Ian, The second link in my last post was to a second page with another "hover show". Basically the same but less code and less problematic. Good to know that it, too, works in FF. The numbers are gone from the first "hover show" on my home page. Feedback persuaded me to use more descriptions tab names, less confusion. Thanks, all. Lorrie, It does not work in IE7. The numbers do not appear active in anyway. It does work in IE8. Haven't had an opportunity yet to view in FF to see any differences. BTW, you have some typos in your text below the hover slide show. Linda, I thought "hover" was supported by all major browser, IE7 and up. I'll do some investigating. If you have problems, then others do, too.
