Donna, Your account is there. To upload your pages, starting with your index.html file, you may use the built in file manager using your password assigned to you. You may also use a ftp client program such as coreftp.exe. I know your account is there because I looked at it on this url: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~avictorianwhisper/ Did you receive a welcome letter with instruction on how to access the freepages file manager? If so, there may be instructions in that letter on how to upload your html files.
