Then I try to find the location <title> HERE </title>, but there is no such spot to insert the name I want to appear in the Directory. I try to find my listing in the Directory under Homepage of ..., and under my user name howardancestors, and under index.html but no luck. Hi John, Have you tried Add your genealogy site to a Resource page This is for adding a site to a particular Resource page for a surname or locality. This is on http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/ I Googled ' How to add to Freepages Genealogy Directory' and that is what came up. Going to Rootsweb page [URL above] I must admit although I did it years ago, I now found the instructions rather confusing. Maybe it should read somewhere for Dummies like me: 'How to add your website to Freepages Genealogy Directory' and not 'Add your genealogy website to a Resource page'.
