Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I have made certain that I didn't copy a space when I copied and pasted, I even tried typing it in nothing works... I even asked for my username and password to be resent... guess what they are the same as I have used. So I tried to alter my password, it accepted it but when I go to sign in again and use the new password I still get the same message.... ahhhhh this should be easy. Maybe its because I am a new member and maybe it takes time for something their end. I will try again tomorrow. Thanks again everyone Cheers Angie
