    3. I have been trying to upload changes to my site using "ClassicFTP" , a file transfer program. I get the status: "Queuing file: masterfile" but the program has been running for more than 30 minutes and no files have uploaded. The Site is fully set up. Is there something special that needs to be done? Claire

Is there something special that needs to be done? Have you configured your FTP program for passive transfers? If not, the firewalls on the server will block most file transfers. Pat Asher
