I got the password changed and last night I uploaded the website. I had to first remove the old site, then uploaded the new site since I had changed it completely. Everything uploaded correctly, but when I go to the page I get this error message: This page isn't available to you! We've encountered a 403 error. Les, In what way did it not work? Was the site unresponsive? Did it say it sent you an email and you did not receive it? How far did you get in the process on the site? If the site is registered under a different email address than the one you are currently using, then that could be the problem. Without more detail, it is hard to problem solve. Please.... use Control Key+A to highlight all prior text. Hit Delete. This will stop the numerous copies of long footer URLs being reattached-- this makes 1 email super long. It will also eat space in the Archives. After deleting the hidden text, then type your message and hit send. Thanks.
Apparently. And their "reason" was that the email address I used, according to them, wasn't the email associated with the account. But it was, I have the original account set-up email from them and never changed it. But -- at least I have access now and have been able to make updates!! I stated that I would write up a description on how to achieve a symmetrical looking gallery using a mixture of Portrait and Landscape thumbnails each with descriptive text. Time has raced ahead of me, but I managed to get it finished on Easter Monday (it rained all day!), and the result can now be found at:- http://freepages.rootsweb.com/~bristowe/misc/thumbs-trial/ ... which replaces the photo gallery originally posted there. The subject of using and making a CSS Sprite for the thumbs is also included; reduces page loading - both in time and size. My genealogy site is ~opus and the Society site is ~alags When I requested the password change it only listed the link to change the password for Opus. I feel certain that I used my jkbrown2@knology.net email for both, but I also tried my gmail address. I got no response on the gmail address.
