Therein lies the first problem; replace the ~xyz123 with your site ~username. If you don't get access after doing the above, then your site is not ready to be accessed. For those using a SSI Include to display repetitive data such as site navigation etc.. in their Freepages site(s), there is the problem of not being able to view the SSI Include locally.
