I am assuming its .tiff files you are using If you Right click on Start/Explore/view folder options Scroll down until you find .Tiff Image document Click on Edit Then click edit again in application for performing action { QuickTime } is probably entered Browse to find { C:\WINDOWS\Kodakimg.exe "%1" } Now click ok. That appears to be the solution if it can't be opened once downloaded . The Quicktime icon appears when the transcriber is trying to download the scan.
