When in File Management the files with errors can be readily sorted by selecting Warnings and Descending options. Typically, invalid records will be of the format BEANS,David,*,Abergavenny,26,21 or Norris,Richard,_,W.Derby,8b,448 To eliminate the error warnings it will be necessary to deleted the extraneous age at death entries such * or _ . I'm not sure if there is a quick way of doing this but the test method I employed was to open an errant file up in WordPad and use the replace option. Any other suggestions most welcome.
