    3. Tony, That is a very common error which happens usually when the FreeBMD website is overloaded and unable to respond to WinBMD's upload request in time. It is often the case that the file has actually been uploaded and the transcriber should login via Manage Your Files and check that first. If the file is there and complete then there is nothing else needed, otherwise they will just have to try the upload again at a less busy time.
