I have a transcriber whose transcription files .BMD are becoming mixed with Norton antivirus files. I believe this has happened before, does anyone know the remedy please? John, It is unlikely to be .BMD files. It's more likely that they have switched on SpeedBMD filenames which use a .SCA extension which is the same as NAV. Turn off SpeedBMD filenames on the Options Menu.
