Dear Dave, That's absolutely wonderful, thank you, I have held off telling any of my transcribers who are affected, except for the one with 199 files. This transcriber is in fact a couple and they have altered 3000 of their records, and I have asked them to hold off doing any more for the time being. I should be very grateful if you could let me know if or what I will need anything more.
