Keith I assume this means you are reasonably happy for me to retain the 12 month period before deletion? If the volunteer has not uploaded any records to FreeBMD and no longer wishes to participate in transcribing then an email to the Vol-Co-ord by the volunteer or Co-ordinator advising of this fact will facilitate their removal from the volunteers database.
