I have a new transcriber who thought the her registration was complete and because I had been having trouble with my email assumed that I had missed the confirmation continued on with the training . We now find that she is unable to upload her 1st page. She gets the please confirm registration message come up. To her knowledge she has never received the email to confirm this how do we get another confirmation email sent to her. I sent an email a couple of days ago to [email protected] but have no idea whether this would have been received or how long we would expect to wait for a reply if it was.
