I've got a member of my syndicate whom for every file they have completed so far (four), and in every one of them for the districts, they are using the picklist option instead of entering it exactly as they appear on the page. For each completed page, I have reminded them that districts need to be entered as they appear, but nothing has changed. Any suggestions as to what I should do with the person regarding this. Thanks
