Hi Chris Here are some suggestions. No more scan allocations. Submit corrections via yourself for each faulty entry. May I ask what extra qualities this transcriber has that allows him/her to mess up the database and cause an awful lot of extra work. Can I refer you back to some old mails from Mary Trevan about the problems we encountered due to the incorrect entering of districts.
