Ted, The most likely cause is that one of the libraries used by WinBMD has either been replaced or corrupted by another program. It is possible that re-installing WinBMD will not fix this but I have a program which will tell me if the person has the correct versions or not, and if they don't then I can send the correct one. If you send me the person's email address then I will send them the program.
