    3. Although the information is Syndicate specific, just ignore the last column if you find it confusing. From an administration aspects I find the last column very useful as it highlights (not in all cases such as double keying) those Syndicates who have not added all the volunteers to their Syndicate. You Syndicate is nice and clean in this respect but this isn't necessarily the situation with all Syndicates.
