I have a new transcriber who seems to hit brick walls every step of the way. She has finally got a file completed and now cannot upload it - this is the error message I received from her: Now I have the problem that every time I try to upload, I get a small screen with message that there is an error message "Runtime error 10050 Network subsystem failed" with the file and the whole thing closes down! When I go back in to it, a red message comes up saying "ERROR RECOVERY - WINBMD IS RELOADING THE LAST BATCH" <ok>." I have picked up her file myself this morning and temporarily uploaded it to my own files without problem. Does anyone know what this error message means - I think I've seen it before - was the syustem down for instance or busy?
