In my welcome message I tell them to contact me if the registration hasn't worked properly or if they haven't heard from me within 24 hours of registration. You should find if you go to syndicate maintenance that this transcriber is available there to add to your syndicate. You can start them off transcribing. I don't think a problem arises when they try to upload, but face that one when it arises. Allan Raymond is away at present. When this has happened in the past I have simply told him about it. I don't know whether he has then done anything behind the scenes to the submitter database. I think the problem arises because anti-spam functions on their computer or ISP detect that the reply to registration is from an automated source, and reject it. Jeff PS Why the sudden influx of new volunteers in last few days? Has everyone had them?
