    3. Hi Derek The list of potential volunteers for deletion was sent to Syndicates-L 5 minutes after I promised I would send it. The delay between me saying I would send it and actually sending it was that I decided at the last minute to delete the names against the SubmitterID to preserve some resemblance of anonymity for the individuals. I have to agree you are quite correct in your comments about me not saying I wouldn't send a list to you any more. It's somewhat academic now as the new process provides the same information less the Scan2 ref. It's also academic, but according to my email folder the last time (on 28 August 2004) I sent a list of volunteers to you who were ready for deletion from your Syndicates I have no record of a response. This is how I understood it . Where is the list that shows transcribers that are registered but have not uploaded any files on FreeBMD. As long as you give us a list and 14 days notice before deletion that is fine by Scan2. The problem arrises in that my system shows pages sent to me that may not have been sent to FreeBMD. If no pages are transcribed but only allocated there is no problem for deletion from FreeBMD and Scan2 reallocating pages. There were two such cases in the last lot of "Please Delete" and these have been re-allocated in todays update of scan2 web site. All the others had no allocations outstanding as they were dropping out anyway. Thanks for reinstating the the transcribers. I will see their pages get uploaded by the end of the week.
