I have a second transcriber who is unable to upload files to the site using the automatic upload through the transcription window in the WinBMD software. The problem the first transcriber had was not resolved satisfactorily until after she bought a new computer and reloaded all the software (numerous efforts at deinstalling and reinstalling hadn't worked for her prior to this.) My second transcriber's problem appears to be identical - she has uploaded a large number of files through File Management, but still cannot get the automatic to work. Can any transcriber, co-ordinator or Dave shed any light on the possible problem? I have sent her a note asking what system she uses but assume a recent version of Windows as she doesn't have any other problems. Melda Brunette Co-ordinator, Brunette Syndicate
