Hi David et. al. The scanning process has used a newer version of Yes Irfanview to generate the TIFF files. This newer version has a newer version of the TiFF specification which WinBMD and VerifyBMD do not have as yet. Redownloading or re-installing WinBMD is a waste of time as it will not help. The solution is to open the TIFF scan file in Irfanview then save it as a JPEG file This new file will be able to be read by WinBMD.
