Richard Please tell her to retain her old SubmitterID. It is not necessary to set up a new ID, there is no reason why the previous Co-ordinator should have to change their records. Either I or Virginia can sort out the details about incorrect email address etc for the old ID. Please let me know off list the name of the volunteer? She recalls her Submitter ID from last time, so I have checked her previous uploads (approx. 1700 records), but she can't recall what Syndicate she was in. As she has changed her e-mil address since then, I have advised her to start again with a new ID and password How can I find out her old syndicate, so as at least to notify its Co-ordinator that Ms. xxx is now active again, but on my team?
