Dear All, One of my new volunteers has been having problems installing WinBMD. I hadn’t come across this problem myself, and suggested she wrote to the FREEBMD-Discuss site. Unfortunately, she has not received a reply, so I was wondering if any of you can suggest what s going wrong. She writes: “I'm having problems installing the WinBMD programme though and I don't know why. I've downloaded it a couple of times now (and deleted it) but, each time I try to install it I get an error message as follows: Winbmd_install has caused an error in GLC8375.TMP Winbmd_install will now close Even if I close down my computer and re-start it then try to re-install Winbmd I still get the above error. I don't know what to do to sort this out. Do you know what I can do?
