Hi Michael You bet there are lots of records. The good news is that I got rid of 300 of them during the last two days. I'm not sure if we can provide all the information you requested, this depends on whether Barrie/Dave etc can do the necessary coding. My personal observations is that some volunteers belong to more than Syndicate and therefore this may prove to be problematic in any coding which may be necessary. It is also possible to guess from some of the odd file names which event/year/quarter the file refers to. I would also say that if Upload Report was used to its full extent it is possible to identify quite a lot of the suspect files which have been picked up by the Suspect Report. If volunteers were encouraged to use the standard naming format plus insertion of the corresponding +PAGE, the Upload Report would quickly identify "suspect files". Upload Report, in particular using the Download (i.e. the spreadsheet variety) facility is my bread and butter for picking all lots of other files which although incorrect have not been picked up by the Suspect Report. I use Excel in conjunction with Pivot Table to pick up variants of suspect files. I'm quite happy to share my process with anyone who may be interested. I would also hope, that the next but one run of Suspect Report will not be so overwhelming as a great number of the files will have been corrected by then. It is listed by Username which I am not familiar with these days. Is there any way to add the syndicate or at least the actual or suspected year/quarter and event so that we poor coordinators know if it's one of our flock. Right now it's overwhelming.
