    3. A polite reminder to all Co-ordinators. Could you please give me 2 to 4 weeks notice if you are going to run out of scans as per my earlier email below? You are likely to be disappointed in the future if you expect immediate responses from me when you run of out of scans without giving me adequate notice. Thanks for your understanding.
