Dear All, I have a new volunteer, who cannot access the scan pages at all. She has tried to gain access via the web link I gave her, and also via the long way round (through the website). Each time, she gets a message saying she does not have the right to view the pages. She does not get the password box to fill in. Her registration has been completed properly. What is wrong?
