    3. Hi John My analysis was based on new recruits who registered as this was the only information I have on which to base my calculations. My main concern was to ensure that all Syndicates had equitable access to the pool of potential volunteers, based on my analysis this seems to be the situation as 23 Syndicates managed to accept new volunteers within the time frame of my analysis . Your familiarisation process seems to be an excellent idea.
