    3. This upload problem has been ongoing since 3rd January. Previously the transcriber has uploaded successfully. Sent: Monday, January 03, 2005 1:06 PM Subject: error on uploading ' I'm having trouble trying to upload the BMD file , error reads Error No 11004. valid name no data record of request type.' It does not seem to be a problem caused by the server being too busy, as it has occurred at very low-usage hours. Any suggestions? Jeff -- No virus found in this outgoing message.     3. Jeff I copied the information below from the Syndicates List archives and was a response by Ian Brooke on 9 Nov 2004 to a similar query. "That is a very common error which happens usually when the FreeBMD website is overloaded and unable to respond to WinBMD's upload request in time. It is often the case that the file has actually been uploaded and the transcriber should login via Manage Your Files and check that first. If the file is there and complete then there is nothing else needed, otherwise they will just have to try the upload again at a less busy time."
