I have a transcriber who can't upload her first file. She has tried twice. She says it "takes a long time in upload screen (file sent - awaiting reply) then says winbmd encountered a problem and needs to close." The file has been thoroughly verified and I have had no trouble myself in uploading it in my name (and deleting it again). She has an AOL account and I seem to remember correspondance in the past alluding to problems with AOL - or is my memory faulty ? I have checked that the file has not uploaded and that she simply got a faulty success message. Any ideas anyone ? Cheers, Ted Southcombe
