I have just transcribed 1846d3-405, using WinBMD. I left the "age at death" column blank, as advised. When I saved the file, I got a message "Line 2 is incomplete - there may be others" I can understand this, that is not the problem. When I tried to upload the file, I got the "Line 2 is incomplete" message. I pressed "Return", and then got the message "Unable to send invalid file". I have looked in the Transcriber's knowledge base and can find nothing relevant. Can somebody advise please? TIA, Bob Henderson 1738

Hello Bob With WinBMD open, click on Options and go down and click on the option "Ignore Age at Death". Then save your work again. The file should then upload without any problems.
