Richard, I was responsible for sending out this message. I am sorry that it has caused offence but it is drawing the transcriber's attention to a statement of fact ... if the transcriber goes to their File Management page they will find that the file is now marked with a red Errors box and has hence been excluded from the update. It is thus very different from correction requests sent out by Kevin. I would also point out that it would be possible to reply to this message so in that sense it is not anonymous. Please would you indicate if Allan's proposed amendment to the wording would not cause offence and I will change the process to use that in future.
