As co-ords will be aware, we have been suffering problems with image downloads for several weeks. The cause of this has been the loss of one of the two servers that provide image downloads. Unfortunately, the server that failed was the server that is generally more reliable, and for a number of weeks, we have been limping along with a single image server that was becoming more flaky and tempremental by the hour. Immediately after the failure of the second server, we ordered two new servers, and those servers have now been installed and commissioned.
