    3. Hi Chris, I have instructions on the use of MacBMD at the FreeLoaders web site : http://web.mac.com/mchughton/FreeLoaders/FirstPageM.html and you are welcome to use these at any time. How to fill in the Header details are included which will answer the second part of the problem. The first part of the problem is easy for them to fix, if a little laborious. Above the transcription section the completed lines are visible in text form. Your transcriber will need to go through each line delete the comma and insert in the correct place. How this has happened is more of a mystery as the inserting is done by tabbing from the highlighted field. The district field would have '5b' so I am not sure how they have managed to leave the b out and add it to the next field. I am happy to deal direct with your transcriber on this if it makes it easier. Cheers, Tony McHugh Free Loaders.
