Thanks to a message off-list from Barrie the mystery has been resolved. A transcriber had labelled a file as 1922B2 whereas it was really from 1931B2. During this last month the transcriber corrected it. As it was the first page of a run, it had a few lines less than 150, to accommodate the letter at the top of the page.
