    3. The problem for some new users is that they have difficulty finding where their file has been saved, especially if using Vista. A single-key option, or an option in a menu such as the File menu which opens the opens the folder that is defined in 'Define Save Path' could be useful, possibly if it also opened a window suggesting that to attach a file to an email you select (highlight) the file, right-mouse-click on it and 'send file to' 'email recipient'. Then again, some transcribers have difficulty remembering how they did it last time, when they come to doing the same thing again a few days later. Chris's suggestion of 'prepare file for sending by email' may be even better, if it is possible.
