Could I remind Syndicate Coordinators' about the Suspect Files <http://www.freebmd.org.uk/SuspectFiles.html> listing? This contains a listing of files that have some attribute that makes it possible that there is a significant error in the file, for example where not all the columns of a scan have been transcribed. Your help in getting files corrected would be appreciated. There is an index of files by syndicate at the end of the listing, together with an explanation of the different problems identified. If the listing identifies a file that does not have a problem please let me know and I will remove it from the listing. I have recently purged the listing of transcriptions of scans that are shorter than normal ("Unexpected number of entries"), although one or two may still be found, so where this problem is identified it is very likely to be a problem with the transcription.
