    3. Thanks very much for making that clear, Barrie. I'd seen debates from time to time on whether fields with dashes should be regarded as "empty", but was not aware the policy had been changed. I haven't seen anything on either the Syndicates or Admins lists about it. Personally, I think that if we are now to use a hyphen, the reference in 6(aj) to the "?"
