I have spotted two problems. Transcriber billjackson, who did two pages for my syndicate in 2004, has done, for some other syndicate, possibly 'The Daly Family, pages 1843B1C0601 to 1843B1C0700 ( with some gaps in the numbering, only 91 files) in first-keying. (not done 621,665,678,679,680,681,685,688,689) We are now doing second-keying on this same quarter so his files show up with number 2. Is there a way of labelling those files as belonging to the other syndicate? There is also one file from transcriber mcwmcg, 1843B1D0801 which is shown with 2, although this transcriber has never been in my syndicate, and the file is labelled in the header with syndicate The Daly Family. Presumably the file was erroneously labelled as belonging to my syndicate. I assume that error can be corrected. Jeff Problem resolved. I know the possible reason for the entries for billjackson being shown with number 2. billjackson belongs to both your Syndicate and The Daly Family syndicate which is under my control and both syndicates are double keying 1843 March Births . Unfortunately the header details in the files uploaded by billjackson shows a Syndicate other than either your Jeff Coleman Syndicate or my The Daly Family syndicate so the system presumably is unable to decide in which Syndicate the transcriptions should be shown. I should add the volunteer had been advised to insert "The Daly Family" in the heading when I gave out the allocation in 2006. However if you now run Upload Report again you should see the first file by billjackson "1843B1C0601" is no longer showing with number 2, also mcwmcg, 1843B1D0801 should no longer be showing with number 2. I'll deal with the remainder of the billjackson's files away from this forum.
