It seems eminently sensible to avoid duplication; the only problem I have is how we remember to notify the syndicate, when one is allocated, that you have these files and need to be added to the syndicate! Yes, remembering will be a problem. At least the pages are in the second quarter which gives me more time to notice that 1870 deaths have been allocated for their second transcription. I wonder if Allan's "master spreadsheet" (if it exists) has space to include a "reminder note".
