Hi list and particularly Ian Brooke I am just trying out the latest version of winbmd (first time I've tried winbmd at all). Three things that I'd like comment / help with. 1) In the header details I selected FILM for the source, for page I then entered a 3 digit number, in this case 401 which was accepted, however if I enter a 4 digit number - 0401 then I get an error messge which says number must be in the range 1837 to 2001. 2) When entering data, speedbmd automatically capitalised the first letter of surname, forname and district, winbmd does not appear to do this unless I have not set something correctly, if it does not do this then I'm finding that it is slowing me done somewhat. In the district case the first letter is automatically capitalised but in cases such as St. Austell the S will be automatic but not the A of Austell. 3) when the warning came up to remind me to save, I selected cancel which resulted in an illegal operation message.
