I was thinking more about those who have said they do not want to be involve any further. I would include those who are having a rest as still active. That said it was only a suggestion - I would be more interested in having everyone in alpha (surname) order. It's impossible to tell how long they are going to remain in each state and I can't see how I could classify them as one or the other. I have my own records which show when each person last uploaded and when they got their last allocation and that's all I really need. I would have no use for a division such as the one proposed and I would probably find it more confusing than useful. I would however like to see the list in alphabetical order of surname.
